Koenig -The new face of Indian IT training industry

By

The Indian IT industry today is heavily fragmented with most IT trainers being freelancers or umbrella companies dealing in niche areas. Additionally, the lack of quality and absence of LVC delivery capabilities add to the concern of the enterprises looking to hone talent within its walls. Koenig Solutions, headquartered in Delhi, is countering all of these pain points through its unique IT training solutions. With over 300+ trainers under its programs, Koenig has emerged as of the fastest growing IT companies within India and also as the fastest growing training partner of Microsoft, Oracle, Cisco, VMware and Citrix to name a few.

Led by CEO Rohit Aggarwal, the Company has built its training solutions to suit each enterprise’s specific need. “we have grown our client base to include the top 5 IT companies i.e. TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, Wipro and HCL,” says Aggarwal. For specific requirements, the management has ensured that four varieties of coaching are offered by the organization, classroom, fly-me-a-trainer, live virtual classroom and flip classrooms respectively. The company today has under its umbrella over 1,000+ courses and 20+ authorizations, which is the largest in India.

Having understood the role that networking and security plays in the enterprise market today, Koenig has extended its portfolio of networking courses which includes the likes of Windows Server 2012, Virtualization, System Center, Unified Communication, Security, Share point.

Apart from the widespread range of courses on offer, one of the most noticeable differentiating factors of the organization is its staunch inclination towards Innovation. “Our core principles are built around the pillars of Innovation, excellence, happiness and caring! We take pride in our obsession over quality and our unique training methodologies,” points out Aggarwal. An indication of the dedication towards training can be seen in the form of an in-house data center housed in Delhi. The data center proves to be a major differentiating factor as it provides the trainees with virtualized machines to the count of 100s. “This in turn ensures that the trainees get the same experience of working in a large enterprise,” says Aggarwal.

Moving forward, Koenig Solutions has set itself a 5 year roadmap where it hopes to expand its employee base to 5,000 trainers and presence in all five continents. Additionally, the company is striving towards making Koenig Live Virtual Class a common house-hold name and a global source for quality IT training.
